Midas

"I won't go anywhere else but Midas from now on. Everyone is super friendly, professional, and they are upfront. If for some reason they can't get you in and out of the door they have a loaner vehicle to keep you going. Terry at the front desk especially is the nicest lady and truly seems to care about her customers. Definitely recommend the location on Sam Rittenburg if you want the best team in Charleston working on your vehicle."

"I had an outstanding experience at Midas on Sam Rittenberg Blvd. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism and respect. A special thank you to Terry, the service writer, who was incredibly helpful, honest, and straightforward throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what my vehicle actually needed, answered all of my questions without any pressure, and made sure I understood my options. It's not often you find someone who genuinely puts the customer's best interests first. The work was completed on time, communication was excellent, and the entire team made the experience stress-free. If you're looking for an auto repair shop you can trust, I highly recommend this Midas location. I'll definitely be coming back for future service."

"They were very honest about my situation. The job was done right on time, the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle unlike the people at River’s where my jeep was purchased from. I would keep on recommending Midas for a job well done."
