She was so easy to talk to, warm, and fun to be around, which made the entire experience feel more like spending the day with a friend than sitting through a long salon appointment. One unexpected bonus was getting to see how the salon operates behind the scenes throughout the day. Every interaction I watched—from the front desk to the stylists to the owners—was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
